RAM IS TRASH, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH

Driver didn't make so much as an attempt at delivering parcel yesterday, even though they'd been galavanting with it since 7am.

Webchat pacifies customers by saying they've prioritised delivery, meanwhile they haven't done a damn thing except used the same track order link, customers do.

Furthermore, the person answering these Hellopeter complaints is just as complacent as they had assured me that delivery would be this morning. It headed to 2pm, transports are dropping kids back off at home. I could have WALKED to the Bellville offices to get my order my damn self and walked back home by now!!
