Ram is trash!

Ram couriers is an unreliable courier option. They fail so much at what they promise, I arranged for a parcel collection and delivery to a different destination for documents that are time sensitive but nobody ever took that instruction into consideration. Mind you everyday as the parcel is with them I’m calling them to remind them that my parcel is time sensitive please treat it as such, until the last day where I had to call them to arrange for a refund since it’ll be useless to send the documents when the applications have closed already. Unreliable, unprofessional and trashy service too. I highly would not recommend them!
