RAM is the WORST courier service in South Africa, if not the world!!!!

I've been waiting for and calling about a delivery. Every single time they tell me (and it shows on the tracking system) that my delivery in on its way to me. The last call I had (18 April around 5pm) with the call centre, the lady told me that the couriers were in my area, just a few streets away. NO DELIVERY!!!!!! I called again, THREE call centre agents put the phone down in my ear – probably because it was close to 6pm and they wanted to go home. WHERE IS MY ****** DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
