RAM is the worst courier service
I've been waiting for a parcel from vodacom and was told the parcel would be delivered by RAM. I had received no communication from RAM until I decided to contact vodacom to question where the parcel was, the RAM consultant **** to the vodacom consultant said the parcel would be delivered the issue was that they couldn't get hold of me which was a lie cause the same company delivered a parcel 2 days ago. I called RAM and received the worst service one of the consultants even hung up the phone. I have not received any surety of when my parcel will arrive as they keep lying.
