RAM is the worst courier in South Afria!!!!!
If I could give no stars I will. The service is disgusting. You book a parcel for pick up and pay. They can't find your payement until you send the proof of payment and then still give you the run around. You cannot get through to their call centre in under 10 minutes and then when you FINALLY get through they can't help you because their systems are off line!!! RAM is a disgusting company to deal with. I booked and paid for my parcel and its been over a week and STILL it hasn't been picked up!!!
