Ram is the worst courier company ever, pathetic service

This is the worst courier company in SA. I called in to follow up on my parcel, after waiting 20minutes for a consultant to answer I finally got someone. This lady couldn’t give me an eta and kept on talking over me. She was no help basically just frustrated me more than anything and kept on saying they can’t help me and my parcel could only come next week or there after. This is something that was ordered on Sunday already and I wish I had the option to opt for a different courier company as RAM is just pathetic all around. I’ve paid less for other courier companies and never had a bad experience. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she will give them my details to call I insisted to speak to someone and she hung up on me.
