Ram is the worst courier company ever

This courier company is the most *********** company I have ever dealt with. I have a contract phone with Vodacom and they use Ram to deliver to corporate clients. I am so fed up with them I am considering not renewing my contract again with Vodacom so that I do n't ever deal with Ram. I have been waiting for a hadset delivery since Monday and up until now it has not been delivered. The staff is extremely rude over the phone and they keep you waiting for ages.
