RAM is the Worst Courier Company - AVOID AVOID AVOID - Useless !
Twice now I have booked a parcel. Twice they messed it up ! My latest parcel was booked for collection on a Wednesday. Tracking says collection assigned then reassigned.... Cant get hold of them on the Customer Service line... the online chat is even more useless... They will escalate and revert.... As from 3 days later i have not had any feedback... Bunch of amateur's. NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!! Worst Courier service !! Avoid !

We do apologise for the delayed collection of your parcel from the sender's address. We have not yet established as to what caused the driver to not collect.
The parcel was eventually collected is currently on its way to the JHB branch. We will request for the courier to deliver the parcel on Monday once it arrives at the hub.
