RAM IS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY

I had an order that was supposed to come last week the week of the 1st of May and till today nothing had changed. My order has been on the “hub” for over 3 days now with no changes on the delivery update. I tried calling a consultant (Andile) she last said she is going to check what’s going on and left me on the phone for over 15 minutes and I decided to drop the call. I am really fuming because now I don’t have a phone and I keep on getting delayed with my school work because they are deciding to keep it in their hub. I am really disappointed with the company even with the consultants because it really seems like they don’t care.
