Ram is the biggest bunch of idiots

Ram support is the most useless bunch of people. I've sent emails and not one has been acknowledged or had any responses back from them. I've had a problem for the last 3 years having my number on their system for deliveries and I don't work at that company anymore. I've tried explaining to them every time and telling them the situation and as polite as they are saying they will "TRY" sort it out but they NEVER do. You would think that they would get updates to their regular clients of details and especially since they always have issues getting hold of then for deliveries. BIGGEST bunch of idiots to be honest!
