Ram is terrible

Absolutely terrible customer service I've been waiting for my item for the longest time now I tried to track my parcel and noticed they **** on the delivery report I've been home since the first day that I was expecting delivery and no one has knocked on my door or even called me the customer service line is even worse as you never get through to anyone it just rings forever and finishes up your airtime I just want my parcel please
