RAM is such a disappointment
Ram is the most unreliable service I have ever encountered. The drivers write stupid notes on their delivery sheets about your unavailability while you are waiting for urgent, important parcels. I have been calling for a week to arrange for my own delivery and I get the same response that my phone is on voicemail and that time I gave them 2 numbers. If your courier service is RAM, God be with you on your wait. I have never been this disappointed in a Courier service. Vodacom needs to find a Better, Smarter and Client Centric Courier service before their reputation falls under with this unprofessional Courier service.

Please note that Vodacom had to authorise the full delivery address before we could deliver. They have now submitted it and delivery is scheduled to be delivered to you today.
