RAM IS PATHETIC WITH RUDE AGENTS AND MANAGERS WHO CAN'T HELP

To be honest the deserve a -1, they are pathetic and the agents are the worst. I work in a call center as well the moment a client calls in and the call get disconnected I have to call them back to make sure that I get the issue resolve but with Ram I was shocked I called them 6 times and one getting back to me after I was placed on hold asking for a manager and a manager telling the agent that they are busy at the moment and call got disconnected and no one bothered to call me back let not talk about their drivers they lie and say they contacted me but when I get to my call logs there is no missed calls worst service I have ever received couldn't care about the customer at all they say they cannot find my address
