RAM Is pathetic!!!!

I have been calling this pathetic company since last week after the status of my parcel was "risk incident" and no one is willing to help me, all they are saying is that their vehicle was hijacked and they are still investigating😡😡😡 that parcel contained christmas clothes worth more than R4000. This company is ***********, i am going to the police station to open up a case against then since no one is willing to help me.😡😡😡😡
