Ram is pathetic

Ram has failed to deliver my parcel on the 15/03. They stated they tried to call me my phone was on. Yet no called nor smsd. They sent me an email the morning to state the package would be delivered. About 2.00pm the same day the updated their system saying they tried calling and no one at home to accept the parcel. I called them after 2.00pm stating the delivering to a public building its impossible for no one to be their as we have security and a receptionist. They made the note and stated the will deliver today. Upon logging in I saw again on the 15/03 they stated non delivery again like the attempted again to deliver after 4.00 after I spoke to a consultant at 2pm. I called in today and they said no one updated the system the consignment is still at the depo. So I called in yesterday wasting my time while the package in question I'm being billed for and it's not in my possession.
