RAM is not reliable for collecting /delivering your parcel in time
Service at RAM sucks, when you really need your parcel to be collected or delivered in time do not use RAM, i repeat do not use RAM. My parcel was supposed to be collected on Monday up until today its not collected. Their service is very poor rather use other couriers RAM is not reliable at all
