Ram is making rain loose clients well done ram pathetic

Pathetic service. Waiting 2 days on a parcel that need to be delivered.Got confirmation yesterday morning parcel is on route. Yesterday all day no parcel update was not at home that wss last night 18:37pm and delivery time is between 8am and 17:00pm Emailed twice today no response on refrence numbers that is useless.called the call centre they cant give any info.****en useless.they make rain loose clients because of there bad service.no communication and no one knows what the **** is happening. In this covid time we trying to be reasonable andnunderstanding but whenyour queries get ignored you get frustrated i would highly never recommend ram for bussiness and i am thinking of canceling my contract with rain because of ram
