RAM is lame, worst service ever. I don't know why these companies use them

We expected a delivery on 17 April 2020 and on their tracking page they had "Unsuccessful delivery" with no reason.

Today 20 April 2020 I called them and they said the package would be delivered, only to get another message on their tracking page saying "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Cape Town - UNAVAILABLE HOME - CLIENT AT WORK NOT AT HOME."

I'm on lockdown we've been home the whole day, I didn't even receive a call from the delivery person.
