RAM IS JUST USELESS AND NOT HELPFUL!!

I ordered a parcel from TFG on the 26/01/23 and was notified that Ram would be delivering it. I got one digit of my phone number wrong and called to correct, I was told it was updated. The next day I’m told about nondelivery, I call Ram again and I’m told that the previous person didn’t update. On day 3 I receive a call from the driver but he says he’s in Germiston and is not delivering in my area. Call Ram again, they say my address is wrong (which it wasn’t) and I’m told it’ll be escalated and a new driver would be appointed. No driver was appointed, had to call the next day because there were further updates on where my parcel is. Now TFG has cancelled and taken it back!!! This is the worst courier service and I’m unsure of how 5 different people couldn’t help me by doing their job. Absolute nonsense!!!
