RAM IS ****ING UP YET AGAIN!!!!!

I was suppose to receive my parcel today, as per your online tracking system this including the email and sms..

I was in sandton from 8-17:00 waiting for the driver to atleast call me but nothing, at 17:00 I went online to track and found this “RAMMobile NonDelivery - .”

What the hell is this???? After I call your call center 7 times and was assured that the driver will meet me be before 4pm.

I don’t know what kind of Mickey most business you are running there but you are ****ing up, tomorrow is a national public holiday and you do not open meaning I’ll only get my package when ?! You are really ****ing yo. I want someone to call me ASAP to sort this out, ***.
