Ram is ***********

Ram is ***********, they have no sense of urgency. Ram drags their feet with getting parcels to the receiver. I have been waiting for my parcel since yesterday at 7:30 am when I got the message that it left the hub, I dont know how they got to write a wrong address on the way bill but when I tried to track my parcel the driver went to the other side of town, worst of all is that they didn't even try to make contact with me and inform me about the little set back with the address, well today when I try to track my parcel again they didn't even attempt to deliver it today, it's was at the hub today and never left as if that's not frustrating enough the ladies at the call center will make you for till your airtime runs out. RAM has really inconvenienced me and made me feel disregarded as a customer.
