RAM is a useless delivery company
I have a problem. I'm expecting a package that was first supposed to be delivered on 06-12-2025 and I later got a message stating that RAM failed to deliver due to no one being at the premises and there was no contact number. The next delivery was scheduled for 09-12-2025 and the same thing happened. I was home all day yesterday and RAM did not come,they didn't even attempted to contact me regarding my package. My contact number was there since they were able to send a WhatsApp message regarding the delivery,when I tried calling them I could not get ahold of them. I just need my package please. We can not work like this. RAM didn't even attempted to contact me on both occasions or rather please provide the number that was contacted for the delivery. I am very disappointed with this whole entire thing.
