RAM IS A USELESS COURIER SERVICE

Worst service from RAM on the highest level!!!! I've been in constant contact between RAM and Vodacom about my parcel. I track my order and it's traveling back and forth from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein, back to Johannesburg and then to East London, back to Johannesburg and then to Bloemfontein!!! And yet, nowhere is it ever making its way to me! This is utterly ridiculous and disrespect to a customer!! I need answers, confirmations and guarantee that I will receive my order in perfect condition and on a specified date and time!!! I'm done running around like a headless chicken! This is supposed to be simple and seamless but you guys are making this unbearably difficult!!!!!
