RAM is a ****
RAM is one disgusting and *********** company. They have been keeping my PAID items for over 7 days. They keep sending me texts and emails saying the item is out for delivery but they never deliver. Calling their call center is another hurdle with their rude agents who dont know how to speak to a customer. I have laid a complaint with Rain but they keep saying we looking at it and till dat my items are not here. The delivery promise frame was within 5 days. Its 7 days now. RAM is keeping my items ********ly, I am way over disgusted by this unfair treatment I am getting from this company!!! I want my items on order RAIN10-***1

02 Dec 2021, 13:27Your stupid driver called me to tell me he does not deliver in Parklands and he was given the parcel in error. I am not going to wait till tomorrow. I want my parcel TODAY!! I have had it with your incompetence, you make me SICK!!! I WANT MY PARCEL TODAY!!!!!!!!!

Their call center is not helpful becuase all the agents are robotic, they dont care at all as if they doing you a favour. They keep torturing me by sending me texts saying the order is out for delivery but they never deliver it and the driver doesn't even call. I have never ever seen a business so badly managed with *********** people. All my requests have been ignored blatantly
