RAM is a disaster

RAIN04-***6 - When ordering my Rain sim card, I put in a delivery comment that delivery to my home must be made after 5. On Wednesday 27 November, the driver contacted me when he was at my complex gate. We then arranged that he comes back after 5 on the same day. He never came after 5 on Wednesday, and updated the tracking status to "UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Isando, Johannesburg - Unavailable Home - Contact Not Available." even though we spoke and made arrangements for a later delivery. I made it clear to him that if he wants to deliver before 5, he must deliver at my work, and that he can call me and I'll give him my work address, which is nor far from where I stay. The next day (Thursday), he did exactly the same thing again, going to my complex early in the day. When he called me, I told him to come and deliver by my work. I gave him my work address, and he said that he would come and deliver before 5. Again, after calling me, and us having a converstation, the tracking status was updated to "Outgoing Call - Non-Delivery Validation - cell rings to voice mail so i can not arrange with a client & i left a voice note ########## .". I then changed my delivery address on the my tracking page. After no communication from RAM, I called them on Friday, and I was informed that the driver arrange with me to deliver on Monday. This is honestly the most incompetence and lack of professionalism I have ever had to deal with. I would advise RAIN to change their choice of couriers, a this is going to cost them a lot of business. If my sim is not delivered by Monday, I am going to cancel my order with RAIN
