RAM is a ****

RAM is a ****, I purchased few things from Steve Madden online on the 24th Nov 2023, on the 30th Nov I tried to track my parcel to my surprise the tracking number is invalid. I spoke to one lady from RAM and she told me the parcel was not with them but still with RAM I must call Steve Madden to find out what was the delay. Steve Madden at Mall of the South confirmed that the parcel was picked up the very same day I placed my order by Thembinkosi. Steve Madden sent me a document showing RAM signed for my parcel which proves that they fetched it from the store on the 24th. I phone RAM, magically the guy called Riaz told me the parcel was with them and it will be delivered on Friday the 1st Dec. Today the 5th Dec, I sent Riaz an email to follow up on his promises to make sure my order was out for delivery last week Friday. Guy changed the story to say the parcel was not with them… this is the very same guy who told me my parcel was with them last week Thursday. I phoned the call center and spoke to Lynn just minutes after getting Riaz’s email when he said they don’t have my parcel and Lynn said the parcel is with them. I asked to speak to the manager they made me speak to Lwanda whose apparently the manager, mind you Riaz also said to me last week Thursday his manager will call me because he doesn’t understand why the lady I spoke to in the morning said the parcel is not with them. Now again the parcel is with them… haibo???
