Ram is ***********

Rams customer service is utterly useless... I have been using ram with no hassle untill recently.... From waiting weeks for a package to be delivered. To now not even being picked up from the collection address saying that they are *********** doesn't come close to it..... They're customer service is only a waist of time.... Calling them is a waist of airtime as they never answer or they can't help you with ur query... They're whatsapp is a waist aswell as no answers even when u reach an agent they don't reply and hours later u get told there was technical difficulties.... As of today i would rather switch to a different service ram is ***********... From they're customer services up to there drivers all are ***********... Useless..i feel anyone thats going to use ram is going to waist they're time... I would not recommend using ram
