RAM INHOUSE PARCEL THEFT
1st Question:How does a courier company lose a parcel in their premises? 2nd question: Why does your call centre call clients daily to ask if parcel was received? Isn't that the job of your drivers to confirm? And you promise to call back and don't when we say no. 3rd :With so many bad reviews how does Rain and Vodacom among other big companies still do business with you? My Story: Paid for my order on Thursday last week and same morning rain confirmed parcel was now at RAM ISANDO. Friday (even though delivery few kms away). On Monday l chat and I'm told delivery is scheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday I'm told its now for Wednesday. On Wednesday afternoon I'm told it will arrive in a few hours(even though online it still shows it hasn't left). Today all morning it has been a back and fourth with Xavier only to be finally told at 12 that parcel is lost and will contact rain to sort it out. How do you lose a parcel in your premises and now my business is being inconvenienced greatly because l can't afford to wait any longer for you to solve your issues. So far no one seems to give me answers about my order at Ran and at RAM. HOW IS THIS NORMAL BUSINESS AT RAM? *** l need action.
