RAM: *********** idiots!!!
i am so annoyed at the non-delivery of my parcel. After RAM contacting me a week ago to confirm the delivery address, they send the parcel back to the sender. And their agents cannot do anything about it. *********** idiots!!!

17 Jun 2022, 13:04That is a load of bull ... the street address was still correct, you only had the incorrect suburb. It's not like it was the incorrect province or street name. Why did your agent even bother calling me then if you can't change the address. Such nonsense!!!

17 Jun 2022, 14:29We deliver according to the sender's requirements. Any discrepancies with the delivery details have to be escalated to the sender and confirmed before delivery is attempted. This is the process we need to abide by due to the amount of ***** orders currently being processed.
Our agent called to confirm the delivery details which had the incorrect suburb as stated above. it was noted correctly and escalated to CORE to approve.
