RAM *********** DELIVERY SERVICE

RAM is the worst courier service ever. They have been sitting with my package for the last 2 weeks and everyday when I contact them they tell it will be delivered and at one stage they told me they can't find my package. So now I am confused. I will keep RAM responsible for my next MTN payment seeing that I couldn't use the services of MTN because they sitting with my package. Please and don't come with your poor lame apologies because that is what you give everyone that posts on this site to save your face. I want a solution to what you going to do in order for me to get my package. I have no idea why the businesses are still using this delivery service. There are so many other courier companies that are more competent.
