RAM improving handling of clients

My previous review yesterday, they finally delivered and their driver was very courteous and phoned me half an hour before he arrived so I didn’t have to sit around waiting for him. I therefore had enough time to get to the drop off point and this made life easier. It’s a pity that they couldn’t do this yesterday as it would make life easier just making a call.
