RAM Horrible service!

A guy from RAM came to deliver my parcel around 11:25, he parked next door but was delivering a parcel to me. I went to the balcony to check who was knocking next door, to my surprise his car is parked next door but he's standing outside my yard. He says he has a parcel for (name), I responded and said oh ok I'm coming down, he proceeds to say in a very harsh manner "I've been knocking forever here, can you not hear?!" I asked him why he's parked next door if the parcel is for me and I told him not to scream at me. I went to collect my parcel and he had placed my parcel on the electricity danger box outside. I took it and he asked me to sign. That was the worst experience I've ever had with RAM the attitude was so bad and being a customer that constantly shops online and couriers via RAM, that will be my last order.
