Ram Hopeless
Ordered an item from Padel Gear at 5pm on the 29th of February 2024. Checked the tracking number this morning Friday 1st. Request was put in at about 930am from padel gear for the item to be collected. Ram collected at about 2.15pm today Friday March 1st 2024. My problem is I've been tracking it the whole day, no updates whatsoever. I even tried the live chat. Entering my details 6 or 7 different times because they had a large amount of live chat volumes and it kept timing out. I did this for an hour! At 5pm the live chat option just disappeared. Staff have to leave even if there's customers trying to contact them. What a hopeless service. I see they're closed weekends so my purchase will be who knows where till they decide to deliver on monday or tuesday. Do yourselves a favour people use Courier Guys. They have live updates all the time. They even sms you when your order is out for delivery.

01 Mar 2024, 18:53Just received an sms from Ram now at 18:47. Ill be receiving my delivery on the 6th of March. So 6 days instead of 1 to 3 days as promised on the website. Wow even more hopeless than i imagined. I dont even stay in an outlying area 😕

Your are correct the parcel was only handed on Friday to us which was the first day and today is the second day and we are on route to deliver your parcel which is why I am saying the review is not just to the company image at all because we are still on time and we will be making your delivery today.
