Ram Hero-to-Zero Courier

I was expecting a parcel via RAM on 8 Feb. Late afternoon, I checked the status on the website & found a comment saying that the driver had tried to deliver the parcel, with the excuse that no one was home. I phoned & was assured that the parcel would be delivered by 5pm.<br> 9 Feb: Phoned again 3x after being fobbed off by the first 2 operators. The 3rd person phoned me back & promised that the parcel would be delivered that day, albeit after 5pm. At 5:30, I checked the track status again to find a 2nd note saying that the driver had been to the house again, but no one was home again. My parents have now not left the house for 48 hours waiting for the delivery. I phoned again and the operator, on several occasions, put me through to customer services who never answered the phone.<br> 10 Feb: Phoned again. I was told that the driver had received a warning and that the Ops Manager would phone me - still waiting! I was promised that the parcel would be delivered by 1pm. At 1:30pm, I phoned again and was told that it would be delivered by 2pm. Still nothing, and after the 3rd attempt, they send the parcel back to the sender.<br> RAM: If you're in the service industry, provide the actual service!<br>
