RAM has useless service

RAM is so useless! I was expecting a parcel from RAIN that had to be delivered. The said it was out for delivery.then it just came as a non-delivery.They claim that I initiated a return to sender of parcel yet I made NO communication of the sort. RAM is so useless and I wouldn't choose this as my no.1 courier service because their work is sloppy and they do not care about the client at all.
