Ram has the worst service delivery.
Yesterday morning tje 22nd Jan at 06h47 I booked for a package to be collected. At 8h42 a collection driver alwas assigned and at 15h12 another driver was assigned and it is now 23rd Jan 11h15 and still no collection, after calling and complaining a driver was allocated at 8h40 and 9h05 it was re allocated to another driver. This is the 1st time I use Ram and will be the last also their service is pathetic.

Not to worry I cancelled the collection after speaking to your call centre twice today, yesterday i waited the whole day and advised it was needed to be picked up by befor 13h00 today, I have now booked it with another courier service, I will never use Ram or try using them and I will also not refer anyone to use your services, Ram is a joke and not serious about service.
