Ram has not yet delivered my package

Have received a message about Ram delivering my package vodacom router. I changed the delivery address to my work location they calles and said they would deliver after days of no reply i changed it again to my house address again no feedback received.

I have an apointment for installation on thursday. Delivery should be at no 5 Lewisham Road in Blackheath. Unit 25 name of the complex is Krimanshof.
