Ram has no Purpose or Vision for its business and its management team is ***********.

I still stand by my first opinion that Ram is a business without purpose or vision. A parcel warehoused from November 11th, 2019 in Isando (Johannesburg) to be delivered in Vanderbijlpark has not arrived at its destination, today is November 24th, 2019. The delivery terms are 3 to 5 working days. I have called Ram and Paxi many times, spoke to many people and they are all unable to locate the parcel. One person from Paxi (related to PEP store where I initially handed in the Parcel) called me to say that they have traced the parcel in Eastlondon. How does someone confuse Vanderbijlpark with Eastlondon? Tandi from Ram gave me a ton of excuses why she has not been able to resolve the matter including, people who deal with warehousing and dispatch are not in the same building with her that is why she can only wait for their response from an email that she sent them and then she will call me back and up to today she has not called back. I honestly think that people in management or supervisory roles at Ram are ***********, they do not merit to be in these Roles.
