Ram Harrismith, terrible service
Ram Harrismith branch is the worst courier service I have dealt with. Parcel arrived there 3 days ago. I am 2km from them. They have promised to deliver to me the day after, for 3 days now. Still same story of the parcel being with the wrong driver or not going out with the driver. I paid extra for Door to Door. I cannot believe that Ram head office does not monitor, or check their branches for service delivery.

06 Feb 2020, 12:48After the Hellopeter complaint, a customer service supervisor contacted me, intervened and the parcel was delivered within 20 minutes. Great service, just sad that the only way to get intervention and proper customer service is through a Hellopeter complaint.
