RAM Harrismith branch delivered a very sensitive parcel, to a person with my same surname, but with a different name, at a different address, and then claimed to the head office that they delivered it to the correct address. The manager at Ram Harrismith has proven numerous times now already that she is not capable of doing the job she has.
