Ram HandtoHand Couriers 1star too many
1star is way too much for the service i have been receiving from your establishment. From broken items, to missing parcels without a waybill number. Your call centre can't seem to find the parcel with either the name, surname, identity number, and or telephone number. My question is now, if a waybill number dissapear from your system how would you find the parcel if you don't even pick it up on the name?

My apologies that you have experienced such service, I have tried to track and locate your parcel using your details but haven’t had any luck. Please advise, has the sender confirmed that your parcel has been handed over to RAM for delivery or if you’ve received notification from RAM regarding the delivery?
I am still trying to locate it, would you please confirm who the order is from and if the receiver details may be under another individual or different details ?
