Ram Hand you SUCK

Our goods were dispatched at 8.30 this morning, to arrive "sometime" in the afternoon. We called the Callcenter at 2.30 PM to find out when to expect the driver. she phoned him. he says between 3 and 4. Well it's now 5.30. We've called Ram Hand six times. Nothing has been resolved. the line's been cut three times. Busy calling again right now. Just noticed the message that states office hours until 6PM. Should i just stay home the whole weekend to wait for my package? or is someone going to sort this **** out??? call us Matthew ********** Stacey ********** 749
