Ram: hand to police station or garage courier services
Worst courier company you can use. Got numerous calls from their head offices that the driver said I was not at meeting point yet no one called me. Only received my package a week and half later. No one is held accountable whatsover. Drivers says they have no manager or supervisor. So thrash.

The parcel states that the courier is supposed to meet you at:
MEETING POINT AT SILUKHANYO
Those are instructions we got from the sender of the parcel. I think you need to take it up with the sender so that they always instruct the delivery guys correctly.
We do deliver at the house address when we are required to.

08 Oct 2021, 09:07The parcel did have that meeting point but the delivery guys told me we have to meet at a different one and this has been going on for a week now. I did and they email your colleagues to prioritise the delivery and yet the delivery guys said they only meet up at a police station or garage.
