RAM - Hand to Nowhere Courier: What an unorganized bunch

I don't know any other words to use other than *********** and unorganized. I have been waiting for 2 deliveries from Vodacom. Both deliveries are continuously delayed due to some sort of address problem. I have provided my correct address to these okes 4 times now (to 3 different customer care agents, 2 via phone and 1 via website chat), and they still haven't corrected it in their system. They keep on claiming that Vodacom provided them with the incorrect address. Which I refuse to believe, since I followed the exact same process 2 weeks ago, and that order was delivered without any fuss!

Both my deliveries currently have the following status in tracking: Outgoing Call - Follow up Account Query - We are waiting on feedback for this consignment from the Sender. Please hold parcel and check back later.

Which means I most likely won't be seeing these deliveries any time soon.

@Vodacom, choose a better partner. Like The Courier Guy, they can at least deliver things on time.
