RAM HAND TO NOTHING

Unfortunately Im back here struggling again to get my items. I placed an order on the 17th of December 2024. It's 2 January 2025 and I still haven't recieved my item. And no one can tell me where to get it, I just need to wait until I die before I get assistance. Ram where can I go and fetch my parcel, I'm not waiting another 3 weeks
