RAM Hand to No-Where!

I booked a collection on Friday at 13h00 as per a request from a colleague in Cape Town. When I booked it, I clearly stated that I was leaving the premises at 14h15 and there would be no one there to hand over the parcel, could the drive make the collection before then. I was told YES no problem.<br> I received a call on my fax line which I returned and got put through to customer service, he in turn tried to transfer me to collections where I held on the line for 10 minutes plus and eventually put the phone down!<br> Come Monday morning 9h00 ish (the parcel has to be in CT by 830 Tuesday!) I ask for the manager, I get put through to Nikita (or Likita- not sure) she says she will look into but will send a van to do an urgent delivery.<br> At 14h30 I called her back to cancel the collection and used another courier! What ******* service! I do not have an account with these people! - I use Courier IT and now I know why!<br> Absolutely useless the whole lot of them. and no apology was forthcoming by the way. The drivers are great, but the office staff, need a serious course in customer service and who pays their salaries! This is not my 1st issue with RAM either.
