Ram Hand to Hell

This company's service is terrible. I bought something and it was supposed to be delivered last week. I called them on Friday to track my parcel because their website is not working. I was told that it would be delivered on Monday. Then comes Monday, my parcel hasn't been delivered yet and it won't be delivered until tomorrow.

You hold for ever(40 minutes) before they answer their phone and you don't even get assistance. I'm never using them ever again.
