Ram Hand to Hand worst Delivery Service in SA

i have ordered phones from Cape town which ram couriers picked up and brought to Durban it has been there from 8 Feb and not been delivered to me , i was then told only one phone was picked and the other was still in Cape Town , today is the 11th and no response from them . i have dealt with plenty of courier company but this is by far the most unprofessional company to ever deal with , i will never again order online if i know ram will be the courier company , no use have such a fancy company profile n portfolio when your have no customer communication skills . Absolutist F*@& ****ed off
