RAM hand to hand - Worst courier service ever

The worst courier service ever. I got sms on the 3rd of December 2024 stating they have my parcel and delivery will occur on the 4th. The web site tracking never updates. The sms tracking is not of much more help. The wattsapp QR code on the website does not work. The telephone number defaults to number not in use every second time. The self service does not work. The agents never answer the call. Emails send are also not rep**** to. Today is the 6th already but no updated info available. I made arrangements to receive the parcel on the 4th and doubt if it will be delivered this week.
