Ram hand to hand useless courier company and customer service

Ram hand to hand couriers are the most pathetic courier company they can't even deliver on time, they app are out dated they dont even update it. No comminucation when the parcels are delayed and they refuse to take the blame always try to shift the blame and have lame excuses. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 10 May 2024 and no 1 was informing me its gonna be late. 13May2024 i still get excuses and they tried to blame me. Don't use this useless company
